AMG is an experienced and respected contract management firm headquartered in Florida (Wesley Chapel). Our commitment to excellence permeates all aspects of the company’s operations and is constantly reinforced throughout the industry.
The firm’s team of professionals possesses over fifteen (15) years of corporate experience and six (6) years of government experience in the areas of Project/Program consulting and Training. We are also experienced with contract compliance, project analysis, cost/budget, risks/resolutions, M&A (due diligence) and project presentations, and have the necessary qualifications and experiences needed to perform successfully. Our firm’s management experience includes having taken many large- scale multimillion-dollar projects in the Tampa Bay area that were in various stages of disarray and turned them into successful award winning efforts.

Sharon Sherrod-Forehand, PMP, CC
Sharon's experience includes more than 15 years in project/program management, product management, outsourcing initiatives, and retail for companies such as IBM, ATT, GTE/Verizon, AEGON and Sunshine State Utility & Construction. She has successfully managed multimillion-dollar product rollouts, compliance, acquisitions and divestiture and construction projects. Sharon has launched high-productivity expert development teams, as well as manages all phases of strategic planning, operations, technology integrations, customer demand discovery, business process improvement and network implementations. She has also developed and instructed classes in project management best practices, risk analysis, process improvement and SWOT. Sharon is a Veteran of the US ARMY and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Mainz University, West Germany. She is corporately trained and experienced in Six Sigma-Green Belt. Sharon has a Competent Communicator certification in Toastmasters and held the office of VP of Education for Toastmasters in 2007. She has her Real Estate license (sales agent) for the state of Florida. Sharon gives back to her community by volunteering at the local James A. Haley VA hospital.
